Refund policy

At Aqualuxé, we want you to love your stainless steel sports bottle. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all accessories and tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Customised, engraved, or clearance items cannot be returned.

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@aqualuxehydro.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.

  2. Once approved, carefully package the item and follow the shipping instructions provided.

  3. After we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your bottle for a different colour or size, please follow the same process and specify your preferred replacement when contacting us.
